For anyone who is interested in learning introductory baking skills, we would love to have you in our class. This is a fun class environment to experiment in the kitchen with flavors and techniques, and meet other people on campus who like baking. We have weekly at-home baking assignments, a midterm at a kitchen facility on campus, a bakeoff with fellow classmates, and a final recipe book.
