This course focuses on nutrition as medical therapy to prepare students for a future in healthcare. Students will learn preventative nutritional medicine, culinary methods, healthy living, and scientific approaches uncovering the effects of nutrition in medicine. Students will listen to lectures, participate in projects, complete at-home assignments, and participate in discussions to obtain a p/np grade in this course. This course is open to any student interested in nutrition, medicine, well-being, and healthcare.
