INFO 98 - Becoming Tech Intentional is a course designed to help you reset your relationship with technology and build constructive digital habits. Our generation has been bestowed a powerful set of tools with little to no guidance for interacting with them. As a result, many of our lives are hindered by tech more than they are enhanced by it. Through a series of lectures, activities, and peer-to-peer discussions, INFO 98 aims to close this gap in the education system and guide you to a relationship with your devices that empowers you. Three or more absences will result in failure of the course

Students are required to complete both an individual and a group final project presentation. The individual final, which is a reflection of the growth they have gone through as a result of the course. This will be in the form of a presentation to the class. They will also be tasked with a final project to be done in groups aimed at promoting intentional tech use in your community, state, or nation, focusing on scalable and impactful change.

Online application where those who display an eagerness to be actively engaged members of the community will be given the enrollment code.
